Victory Life is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands (B.V.I.) and has its liaison office in Geneva, Switzerland. Victory Life was established in 1988 to provide offshore investment solutions to international clients and was the first incorporated and licensed life-insurance company in the B.V.I. It is registered under the Insurance Act 1994 and under the supervision of the Director of Insurance of the Financial Services Commission in the B.V.I.
